As in actually sentenced to anything, none, but I know a few people who have been arrested then released, usually the next day.

More than six, but of course, they were all "set up" or innocent. except one friend of ours. When he was young and stupid and heavy into drugs he robbed a convience store and left his license there * laughing out loud * so he was guilty. that was over 20 yrs ago and we still tease him about that. He did get straight though. If you met him you would never guess that he spent 5 yrs in prison.

Are we talking arrested and held overnight (in which case at least 5, maybe more), or tried, convicted, and sentenced (in which case at least two, maybe more)? And why do the options only go up to 6? Surely some people know more than 6 people who have been imprisoned.

Long term imprisonment (more than 48 hours), none. Short term, at least 5. I know at least 2 people who spent a night in OPP. One for DUI, one for getting caught possessing a reefer. I think they just had to pay a fine or something.

More than six - though they were all people I knew before they were sent to prison and with whom I have had no contact since (not because they were in prison - just because they were people I knew at school, and didn't stay in touch with).

Oh, interesting. receiving stolen property is one of those things where a lot of times, it is hard to prove guilt.
