Do you know what "j'elle equois" means?

I have no idea. The phrase stuck in my head while I was sleeping. It sounds French, but It could be something else. I've had this happen several times in my life. I am never able to figure them out and want to start trying.

No - my French (if it is French) isn't good enough to pick out real words from something half remembered!

Yeah, but "je" (contratcted to "j' " at the beginning of some words) is "I". I don't what "we" is in French. "Our" would be "notre" though, as in Notre Dame (Our Lady).

We in French is nous. Notre is our only when refering to something in singular (Notre Dame); when refering to something in plural, it's nos (Nos dames).

Well, since I hardly know any French at all, I don't feel I did too badly. * smile *
