Have you ever made a recipe offered by a Survey Central user?

Either from a survey that asked users to post recipes, or from a discussion in another survey. If you have, what was it and how did it turn out?

I didn't have any leftover veggies other than fried green tomatoes, which I didn't want to chop up. I used some leftover rib meat instead. I also used a couple teaspoons of besan (chick pea flour) to help bind the mixture. Everyone here liked it, even my son Grant, who generally doesn't like anything that doesn't come from a fast food joint.
