No. "Private U.S. citizens living abroad who are not affiliated with the Federal government (either as employees or their dependents) will not be included in the overseas counts." (US Census website)

Yes. The census person was on my street all day the other day. I wondered what on Earth she was doing because I think we have a "stalker". I was getting mad because of past incidences with people parked in front of the house and she was just driving up and down and repeatedly parking in different spots on the corner. I finally got a look at the paper in her back window and it was a census person. I felt like an idiot but sort-of relieved it wasnt another weirdo.

No, I don't live in the US. However, I should be counted in the 2011 census of England and Wales.

I hear so often people say the population of Kremmling is 1500 people and yet i check the Census type in my zip code and it comes up 2,249 people live here?

Maybe it's 1500 adults registered to vote, and 2249 total (including children and felons).

And yet you think I'm childish for clicking more than one option in surveys formatted as multiple when they should be single....

I will be counted only if I can't avoid it. Somehow or another I have been able to avoid most of the ones that came up since 1980. Unless they counted me when I wasn't looking....
