Why do more girls than guys participate in Pajama Day at High School?

We didn't do this at my school. We had non-uniform days where we all paid 50p to charity in return for getting to wear our own clothes and occasionally there was a voluntary fancy-dress competition as part of that, but definitely no pyjama days. It's Britain. You would freeze to death most of the year!

Because most guys don't wear pajamas. They didn't have pajama day at my high school; maybe they do now, but not back then. I haven't worn pajamas since I was in grade school more than thirty years ago.
