Have you ever given a questionable survey a 'reasonable' rating (in Qualification) or a 'good' rating out of sympathy?

Biggles	posted 28-Mar-2009 11:56am   I used to vote 'good' in qual to get a survey out that had enough reasonable votes but a low rating. Does rating count in qual any more? I had a feeling it didn't.
