I think all the time I waste complaining about situations that aren't even problems in the biggest for me.

mandy, that's a good one. I'd have to say worrying, too.

Thinking about how much time I've wasted over how much time I've wasted is a waste of time for me.

Watching TV, by a large margin. I really didn't *need* to learn today how much Alexander Hamilton and Dewitt Clinton had to do with the influence of New York City, though the show was very educational and it's nice to know that Manhattan used to have actual hills.

I choose Other: waiting at red lights. The lights see me coming, I think, and race to change colors on me.

A lot of the course reading I was assigned in college and even in grad school seemed like a waste of time. I far prefer to learn in an apprenticeship model, but our post-secondary education system is so very theory-based.

Jonathan - Manhattan had hills? Fascinating! Where?

In 1991 I joined the California Conservation Corps. They made me run for 30 minutes straight (I'm a smoker), hike up hills that were so steep you could climb them (with heavy Little House on Prairie tools).
