No. I might fantasize about suing, but I wouldn't. Too lazy and I don't even know how you could prove it.

No. It's not like they put a bone in her M&Ms purposely. Crap happens. Deal with it.

No, I'd write to them, threaten that I was going to tell the press, and get peanut M&Ms for life.

Yes, I would sue. Finding a bone in candy would be an indicator of a "slip up" in the inspection of food. The bone in the image is not the shape of an m&m candy nor is it green.

I wouldn't sue, but I would write or call the company for a refund. Also, I wouldn't eat the rest of that candy.

I don't know that I would sue, but I would definetly contact the company. I would let them do the talking. I'd be curious how they would react without the immediate threat of lawyer talk.

Of course i would sue. I would use the money to build an expensive laboratory, and hire scientists to study the bone and name the animal after me.

I would send a letter of complaint to the company, along with the bone and ask them to investigate. I would hope to get some kind of compensation - but I would be thinking more along the lines of a few vouchers to spend on their products rather than a big pay-out. I would also hope to be kept well-informed about their investigation and to be sent a final report on what they had found. I once found a long synthetic thread in a biscuit I was eating and got a very satisfactory series of responses over the next few weeks, that eventually concluded that a frayed conveyor belt had been found and replaced. They also sent me a few pounds worth of vouchers.

No, but I'd definitely inform the company with the production run information from the package.

I might if it broke a tooth or caused harm or killed someone I love.
