Oh man, the real question is, What wouldn't I do with that island?

But mostly, i would say relaxation and a place to bring my friends, considering the place will have electricity installed. Modern times and electricity, tsk tsk. Goes hand in hand.

Use a small portion of it to build a hotel. Use that money so that I wouldn't have to work in a real job ever again. Build a small tree house somewheres in the center, and use it as my vacation house. Leave the rest alone.

orrrrr, get organizations like Greenpeace, Sierra Club, et all to pay me a modest salary in exchange for not building that hotel.
