All of the above plus using the space bar. Depends on whatever is easiest at the moment.

I usually use the wheel on my mouse, but sometimes I'll click the arrows on the scroll bar or click and drag the scroll bar.

On my own laptop, I mostly use the touchpad, which has two-finger scrolling. At work I use the wheel on the mouse or the scroll bar about equally.

I use the wheel on my mouse and don't like the rare instances when I'm using a mouse that doesn't have one.

I use the scroll on my touchpad. Took me a while to get used to it, but it's very quick now.

I've used them all at some point or another, but mostly I use the wheel on the mouse.

All of these except scroll on touch-pad, plus sometimes that hovering scroll control.

Generally though, in order, it's ctrl-home, ctrl-end, page-up/down, arrows, mouse wheel.
I only use the scroll bar for huge docs like PDFs or when the keys aren't working.

I use the wheel, but by clicking the middle mouse and then dragging the cursor. God, that sounded so 'Learning how to use a computer!'

The wheel, the arrows, the scroll and the arrows - depends... I only use the arrows on my laptop when I don't have the mouse plugged in.

Mostly the mouse wheel. When I'm scanning through a 100 page pdf I use the scroll bar and pull it along with the mouse.

The hovering scroller. I hate that thing. When I use my center mouse button to talk on Ventrilo it kicks in when I don't want to scroll.
