Yes and it was helpful; Apple was one of the most used for this sort of thing. This is my preferred way to get help.

Yeah, I do this, but it's a crap shoot. Sometimes you get luck and sometimes you don't.

Never recall seeing that. Only links to FAQ's. I have used a website live chat service rep though.

Yes, and I got a lot of snarky ansers. The robot thought I was insulting it. It threatened to hang up on me. I guess my question wasn't clear enough.

Yeah. I've done this with Cingular...well, it's AT&T Wireless now. They didn't help a bit. No matter what I asked, I got about the same response. So, I started asking it weird stuff. Yeah, I need a hobby.

Yes.

Recently the mic on my cellphone broke (well, it was more that I broke it). I went to Sony Ericsson's website and spoke to a representative online. 'Ivan' helped me out.
