I hadn't heard that. I wonder if it's true. A vest certainly wouldn't surprise me, but a whole suit is more of a stretch.

I didn't know that he did, but it certainly makes sense to me. I'm sure any president nowadays would wear one at a major event, as they do tend to be targets.
