I wouldn't notice if someone I didn't know did it... because I am constantly avoiding eye contact with strangers.

I often have people think I'm winking at them when I'm really not. My right eye blinks more often than my left eye, so people often think I'm winking at them. It's caused some uncomfortable situations.
