Can't usually find it in time. I just manage to hit the steering wheel a few nonfatal blows. I scare my passenger, nobody else.

I rarely get angry on the road. Would never make a fuss on the road. I might call someone "jerkhead", "dumb bunny", "arse", but not vengeful....and to myself, the other party does not know.

About half a second. I don't usually honk just because I'm angry, though. I honk if I think someone doesn't see me and might hit me, or if someone is not moving forward at a green light, when there's room to move.

I don't usually think about it fast enough to use it.

I'm left cursing alone in the car by myself.

It is so rare, is my something else to say but if it wasn't single tick, I would have also liked to say maybe half a second. I have once or twice in my life sounded it for about 3 minutes. It was those near death scenarios to another driver that was clearly not paying any attention to the fact that they were driving a car in traffic.

I have the perfect idea about a horn. It would be a short quick slap/chop from the hand to the horn that would make the sound "HEY!"
"HEY!"......."HEY!"
And than the second sound it could make would be the purposeful long slam of the hand full on the horn with the adrenaline blast of DUMB-AAAAASSS

I don't like to use mine often, so probably less than half a second... unless someone is doing something wrong, like coming into my lane on the freeway, then I hold my horn down until they stop whatever it is that they're doing that is wrong.

Not me i just do not pay attention to the fools behind me but i look out for flashing lights and a siren and emergency
vehicle coming up behind me at times because the inside of car is so noisy and hard to hear them
So no i never am angry with the stupid ones just ignore them Jean
it is not healthy to get angry

I don't honk..but I hate when people honk at inappropriate times..and then when they should be honking..they don't.
I'm more apt to call someone an idiot if my brother is sitting in the car..And more likely to call someone a dumb fudge if I'm by myself...but usually only if I'm really mad. I'm saucy when alone.

I don't usually use my horn when angry. I use my horn to warn people who are in the street (a common occurence here in HK), who are drifting into my lane or who are doing something else dangerous which might damage my car. I keep the duration of the honk to a minimum, maybe half a second UNLESS the person seems completely oblivious.

Illegal to use your horn here except in a emergency. Your question sounds like a New York thing.

You're right. It only hurts you when you get angry, especially when you're on the road, with the road rage of some people.

Just too much road rage and angry drivers out on the roads or pull over to the side of the road and let them go by you?

I don't challenge anyone on the road, or really anywhere. I'm calm, I'm not a volatile person, I'm even tempered.
