| Melf | posted 3-Feb-2009 9:53am No, but I care to some extent. Tbh, I just don't want to get fat, and I wouldn't allow myself. |

| LindaH | posted 3-Feb-2009 11:10am I need more muscle. |
| Jody | posted 3-Feb-2009 11:14am I used to be more physically fit when I had more time to exercise. My body can, for the most part, do what it needs to do, including chores and yard work and so forth. |
| LJD | posted 3-Feb-2009 2:21pm Outwardly, aside from my weight issue, I'm told I look 10 to 15 years younger, BUT, inwardly I'm not physically fit. My emotions have control, have stuffed emotions. Years ago, I used to work at a health salon as an instructor, was very fit. The problem is I know what to do, and how to do it, to keep in good health, and it's a sin I've lost it. I am not setting a good example for my family, and friends. You can't separate the body and mind, what affects the mind, affects the body, and visa versa, ultimately, the spirit. I hope I have time to get healthier, set an example. |
| Cain | posted 3-Feb-2009 4:14pm I'm ok - I'm doing martial arts three times a week and walking the dog every day. Not like I could go run a marathon or anything though.... |
| Biggles | posted 3-Feb-2009 4:50pm I could (and do) walk up steep hills without stopping, but I couldn't run up one. I go to lectures every day and hear about conditions that are linked to being unfit, which you might think would motivate me to exercise more, but somehow I'm always "too busy". I should do more... |
| llamamama | posted 3-Feb-2009 7:31pm Sure. I do cardio and can still hold a conversation pretty well..
That and I enjoy exercise..so..that's almost there. |
| cloudhugger | posted 4-Feb-2009 3:18am Meh, I could kick some ass if I had to. |
| Enheduanna | posted 5-Feb-2009 10:09pm I'm in ok shape. Not especially good, though. |
| Matty | posted 6-Feb-2009 10:23am I work at it quite a bit. Been working out since Middle School, and will do so until I die. |
| Joanne | posted 6-Feb-2009 8:41pm Used to be, want to be again, working on it. |

| meowry | posted 26-Mar-2009 4:29pm Somewhere in between fit and unfit. |
