Man, I've had loss of visual acuity since I was born...I think I have reduced range of mobility because I can't reach the remote from where I'm sitting..
But I'm going to go with...wrinkling..I guess.

I've been graying since my early 20's, but slowly.

The mirrors at work are brutal in pointing out gray hairs. I much prefer the ignorance of my dimly lit bathroom mirror.

I haven't had this experience yet. I choose wrinkling. Really, though I feel this would be more psychological than physical, when you first have this realization.

In the last two years, my health started rapidly going down hill...but I'm trying to get myself back on track....I owe it to my children and grandchildren. Unhappiness, sadness, lack of exercise, can take its toll. Be happy, be active, eat well, love well. Recently, I've been told I look 50 or 55, am nearing 70, in another year, I've been fortunate until just recently...I've let myself slide...not setting a good example for others.

I have very little gray hair, but dye it. No arthritis yet. Losing some hair, and not liking it. I sag some in the body. I have few wrinkles. My vision is stable, but has become worse in the last two years. I know how to strengthen my eyes. Age is also a state of mind. I think young.

my eyes went but then I had them fixed
I mentioned to me wife over the weekend that my hands were dry, which is weird because it has almost never happened to me in the past. She said I was getting old, old and dried up. * love *

Not young and old are an illusion. I noticed I flet older than I ought to be when people no longer thought I looked my early 30's rather than my late forties.

Definitely aches and pains. Joints, back, neck.

My sight is deteriorating (but not rapidly). I have aches and pains in most joints at some time. I get awful indigestion. And my hair has been going grey since I was 15.
I'm 25 but often feel older physically.

I am already half deaf, so I can't wait to go all the way, so I don't have to hear the people around me, except when I chose to turn my hearing aid on. I might never turn it on. SHUT UP.

Eyesight getting fuzzy (cataracts), more aches and pains, forgetting names, blood pressure going up. Hair still the same just mostly silver now. No wrinkles or sags.

I realized I wasn't young anymore when I was bothered by the grass stains on the knees of my jeans. I realized I was getting old when somebody called me ma'am. Right now I'm realizing that driving at night is becoming a problem. The physical changes are mostly so slow that I'm surprised when I notice a difference, but what gets me is the change I have to make in my life or mind to accomodate them. Like washing my jeans. Accepting that I look like a ma'am. And now I have to think about someday giving myself a driving curfew. Cheesch. Bring it on.

Why wasn't there an all the above option since pretty much all of them hit me... The warranty expired when I hit 40 and it's been downhill ever since.

Currently - redecorating the front bedroom. It needs replastering so I've been stripping the wallpaper off to reveal some charming bright red graffiti (spray painted on to the bright yellow painted walls) which dates back to when it was a council house.

What are you replacing the graffiti with? (Shame it's not interesting graffiti - last time I redecorated my room at my parents' house about 10 years ago, I drew pictures and wrote messages on a lot of the walls).

On one wall there's "Andrew '93" in red spray paint and on the opposite wall there's a large 'H' inside a circle done in the same red. Next to the window is more red spray paint, this time a curved line dipping slightly from left to right and dots drawn on the bottom edge (about a third and two thirds of the way along) so that it resembles the cross section of a saucer. Peppered here are there are crude biro drawings of faces and lots of 'Loz 4 Mick' and 'Mick 4 Loz'.

We're painting it a kind of pale, yellow colour. I think it's called Sunrise.

I drew pictures of Peanuts characters and wrote a little essay about who I was and when the room was redecorated - sounds a bit nicer than your graffiti. I would love to have pale yellow walls - I'm sick of everywhere being cream (apart from the poo brown in the living room and the turquoise that washes off when you try to tackle the mould in the bathroom). When I have my own house... * smile *
