Rarely. I'm good at getting out of it, though.

Who says "rashly?"

I have rashes on my arms from an itchy sweater.

Yes, I do this too often. I'm working on slowing down a bit, taking time to consider things before acting or opening my mouth, but it's not easy.

Yes, when I'm drunk, or when I've been having a bad day and there's a person feels the need to make a smart comment.

I don't usually act rashly, but I sometimes react rashly and strongly when frightened or upset.

Sometimes, of course. I'm generally a pretty considered person, but strong emotion can definitely make me act rashly.

Acting rashly and impulsively is one of the main traits of my personality. I go from zero to a complete dog in less than 3 second. Beat that Ferrari.

I pick and choose the time and circumstances in which acting rashly will be of benefit. Well reasoned madness works for me.
