| cloudhugger | posted 13-Jan-2009 7:57pm Not doing what I asked them to, I would ask them why they didn't do it and if their answer sucked I would jot that down in my "reasons to fire them' notes.
Looming in clients spaces. Standing there looming in the doorway for no good reason. Looming in my space and not working. Lying on their application about their qualifications. It most likely wouldn't be for one reason, but several. Oh, and stealing. I would most likely ive them what ever they really needed but if they took something without asking I would be upset. |

I have a friend at work who had gastric bypass years ago. She doesn't take care of herself, and as a result... has some very noxious gas problems. (Luckily, since I work at home, I can't smell her through IM) Someone went to the top and submitted a complaint about her "body odor". That is in very bad taste I think. I could see asking to have your desk moved to a different area... but complaining that someone farts too much? I mean, really.. what can you do? |
| bill | (reply to they) posted 18-Jan-2009 3:10pm Maybe she could use Bean-O or something... |
| they | (reply to bill) posted 18-Jan-2009 3:27pm lol.. I don't know. I really only assume she doesn't take care of herself because the gastric wasn't very effective... For all I know, she's doing everything right. I call her a friend, but she's more of a chat buddy..... She's actually not really my type.... extremely christian... totally crazy.. and she once showed me a picture of her daughter in a casket with no warning... but she keeps me entertained on IM. If I stopped talking to crazy people at work, I'd be pretty lonely.
Right.... they came to her and called it BO... but her assumption was that because she was never aware of having a BO problem, it was gas... because she knows she's always farting. I have personally never smelled anything but an occasional doo-doo smell in her rare presence... I assume that's the farts. She's an older lady.... |
