Yes. I have Aunts and Uncles that are no blood relation, too.

Yes, I think I still have one adopted cousin, the daughter of my mother's half-brother. But I'm not sure if she disowned them. Their other adopted daughter was murdered by her husband several years ago.

Or did you mean non-family members whom you call cousins even though their parents are no relation to your parents? I don't have any of those.

My cousins are really third cousins. My mom was raised with her aunts as sisters.

This girl says we're cousins because my dad's brother..(who's dead)..had a love nugget..This love nugget has two kids..this girl, and a son.

I'm not sure how that makes us cousins..but..oook.

Like adopted? Or a kid who looks like the mailman? Or either? Then, yes.

You sure that wasn't from a novel you are reading?

I know, it totally sounds that way! But it really is true. The one daughter used to run away all the time, which is why I'm not really sure of her status. The other one's husband shot her and then himself. Her parents (my half-uncle and aunt) are raising their little boy. They also have a biological son who's doing just fine and having a normal, boring life (as far as I know!). That's totally the juiciest part of my family, gossip-wise. That half-uncle was my grandmother's by her first husband. She lived in Texas, and when she married my grandfather, who is Jewish, her first husband got custody of their son. She tried to take her son and make a run for the Oklahoma border, but they caught her before she made it.

 * laughing out loud * This made me think of my cousin's husband, Steve. My cousin Danni introduces our cousin Molly (Steve's wife) as our cousin, but then Danni introduces Steve as our cousin. * laughing out loud * Steve hates it because he thinks others will think that we're inbreeding. * laughing out loud * * laughing out loud * * laughing out loud *
