On a typical day, how many different places do you sit?

7 or more, meetings, visiting friends, etc.

The edge of my bed, the toilet, chair in kitchen, chair in lounge, stool at end of bar, window seat in bar.

bed, toilet, computer chair, dining room, car, gaming chair, exercise bike.

I can think of 6. If outdoors there additionally are often bus stops and if hiking there are logs and benches...

I get about 10 for a typical work day:
At the kitchen table
At my home computer
On the couch in front of the TV
On the LIRR train and subway to and from work is 4
At my desk at work
In the cafeteria at lunch
On the toilet

On every Santa I can find. Seriously, um, bed, stairs (to pull on my boots), table, easy chair, car, 3 office desks, - that's more than 7 already and I've only just got to work.

Four: desk at home, desk at work, the couch and the toilet. Although now that I'm home for vacation, it's just couch and toilet most days.

Usually, most people's days really are that redundant. Day to day grind.

On bed, I sit on floors a lot too. At the table. 4 classes at school, lunch. Computer, Toilet. At least ten.

Edge of my bed, toilet at home, kitchen chair while I put my shoes on, lecture theatre, medical school loo, canteen, library computer room, library main room, library toilet, settee at home, chair at my desk in the spare room. That's 11.
