How often do you pull stupid risky stunts while driving?

less than I used to... sometimes, I can be quite risk averse, though I still do some stupid things sometimes.

Never. I'd rather not be part of the group of teenagers that drives like idiots/dies. I only ever go five miles over the speed limit. I don't tailgate. I never change lanes. If I'm behind the slow person, I will remain there because changing lanes is a pain..and with my luck I would end up missing my turn.

I try to drive very safe, but I may make a few mistakes in traffic now and then. I think everyone does. Good survey idea, btw.

I speed occasionally. That's about it. My car's too old and decrepit to really mess about in.

Very rarely. I'm a pretty nervous and careful driver. My boyfriend and many friends think I'm too cautious when I drive.

Rarely. I only speed when it is safe.

Rarely anymore and it seems to have lessened the older I get. Four years ago I used to pass up to 8 cars at a time on a two lane highway but would never anymore. I won't even drive in the fast lane anymore on 4 lane freeways.

I'll occasionally get it up to 85 in the right lane to get in front of a 'road boulder' who's going 70 in the left lane before I come up to a big rig but that is very rare since I hate when people do that to me.

When I was a teenager I thought nothing of pegging the speedometer at 120 mph and still climbing and going 135 mph in my friends' Dodge Charger.

Guess I'm getting old and see that these are needless risks and don't really save you much time in the long run. I frequently see those fast drivers further down the road pulled over by the cops like our CHP buddy here on SC.

I don't drive yet, but after they showed us all of those scary videos of crashes in Driver's ed class, I don't think so!

i always go to fast............. otherwise safe.

Daily. I text when I'm driving, talk on the phone, smoke occasionally, play the music so loud I can't hear emergency vehicles behind me (they hit this flasher light it's pretty cool) and stuff like that. I do speed sometimes but I'm very selective about when. If my daughter is slightly late she knows there are certain cd's she can play that make me drive fast. Call me Pavlov's dog what can I say.
I DO NOT TAILGATE or do the unsafe passing thing.
I had a lot more fun driving when I was a teenager. I just don't have it in me anymore to outsmart cops, jump the tracks, play with the truckers on the highway or anything like that.
Funny thing is my husband says I drive like an old lady now. I don't like being in the car with him when I'm not driving, he's one of those people that drive with two feet. I frikin' hate that! (unless you're working a clutch of course)

Rarely, I'll even drive past an exit rather than cut lanes to get to it if I forgot that I was supposed to exit there.

Brag coming! I've been driving for more years than most of you have been breathing, and I've never, ever been involved in an accident. I'm a road star (as they call safe drivers in BC) and I get 60% off my insurance. I'm sick about the 20yr old. So sorry for his family. So many of these stories.
