Which of these books have you also read?

These are the books I read through 2008. 2008 was a really bad year for me because since I moved to Montreal, beginning September, I decided to start reading French books, and I'm still trying to get through this Goosebumps book. I'm on the page 37 and it's been over three months. They tell you you shouldn't look up more than 7 words per page, maximum, but I look up anything I don't know, which can be well over 20 on some pages, so my progress is very slow. Wish me luck!

Maybe Eric and maybe The Light Fantastic, but I don't have enough conviction to tick them.

Of those mentioned, the Terry Pratchett novels.
I read a lot of the Goosebumps books when I was younger, couldn't tell you which ones though.

None. I usually do a survey like this every year too, but this year thanks to, well, life, I didn't get to read near as much as I wanted to, and most of that was for class, so I'm not gonna bother.

The only one of these I've read is The Kite Runner. I didn't particularly like it. It kept making me cry, which made me feel a little manipulated. And I hated how he ended so many chapters with these obvious, foreboding "cliff-hanger" sentences.

There is no option for "Other" or "None of the above." I haven't read any of these.

What's the sequel to the Scarlet Feather?

I'm not a huge fan of Maeve Binchy, but she's one of those authors that can keep my attention despite not liking her work all that much, so I got it for the plane ride. Another author I kind of dislike, but gets me reading until I'm done is Dan Brown.

I'm wrong to call it a sequel, but Quentins, Evening Class and Scarlet Feather all kinda overlap. I'm not a big fan of hers, either, but when you're a big reader like I am, you can't help but encounter her work. I'm not sure I've read Dan Brown.

I guess she's one of those writers who likes to overlap her work. I read another book by her, few years ago, Tara Road, and it talked about Quentin's in there.

Just The Kite Runner. I've mostly been working through classics lately and I'm reading St. Theresa's (of the ecstasy) autobiography at the moment.
