| quark | posted 25-Feb-1997 3:47pm Button, button, button, button... |
| Atzilut | posted 4-Jun-1997 9:35pm well actually, I do either with about equal frequency. |
| Twanger | posted 22-Jun-1997 3:55pm Interestingly enough, I only zip, I leave it unbuttoned most of the time, more comfortable. (unless I'm in nice clothes or somthing in which case I fasten then zip). |
| bfennell | posted 8-Jul-1997 9:58am I'm scared. Glen zip's his socks |
| Stalin | posted 7-Oct-1997 4:11am I don't wear pants. But when i do, i wear spandex. |

| fiore | posted 31-Oct-1997 4:54pm It's impractical to zip then fasten. |
| Jimmy | posted 17-Nov-1997 1:08am You just can't ZIP without fastening first! I personally prefer Levi's 501s - button-fly. |
| weth | posted 30-Jan-1998 7:39pm I Velcro and then apply adhesive. |
| Timmi | posted 23-Feb-1998 12:46pm Button Fly, bottom up. |
| Jaime | posted 27-Feb-1998 8:13am zip the fasten. No problem to do it... |
| lelle | posted 3-May-1998 6:56pm Pants, fasten then zip. Skirts, it depends on the style of skirt. Dresses, usually zip then fasten. Especially if they zip up the back. |
| Mark | posted 8-May-1998 10:39am Some of each, but more often the former. |
| daver | posted 13-May-1998 1:14pm Fasten then zip. This way, they don't fall off while waiting for the zip. |
| lisashea | posted 21-Aug-1998 3:48pm reality: Actually I zip then fasten because it seems much easier to me! Why put that button in the way when you're trying to zip? You pull on the pants, zip up, then when the zip is done fasten the button. If I fasten the button first the zipper part bulges out (because my waist is 'indented', being female) making it harder. Maybe it's a male-female thing? |
| reality | posted 24-Aug-1998 12:41pm fasten then zip.. it seems to be the obvious choice.. it makes zipping much easier. *lisashea: check the stats, you are in the minority either way, fewer people do it your way, and many fewer females. weird.. I am a conformist... eeeek but, yeah, the zipper bulges, but if the pants are at all tight, you have a better chance of zipping if the button is done first.. (or so it seems to me). I think males and females have a different definition of waist. |
| eloradanan | posted 3-Jun-2006 10:29pm If you mean blue jeans, then all mine are button fly. |
| Biggles | posted 2-Aug-2006 11:22am Zip, then fasten.
I know this is from a long time ago, but I wonder if the survey creator had been watching season one of Babylon 5. What's this from, Voice in the Wilderness? |
| clare | posted 22-Aug-2006 11:03pm I button. I hate zippers. The damned things are always breaking. |
