Do you like to unpack groceries or wish they'd put themselves away? Why?

I just buy whatever can fit in my backpack at a time and even then don't especially enjoy putting them away.

I don't mind it.

I like buying them, do wish they'd find themselves a home in the cupboards though.

I actually really like unpacking them and putting them away in cabinets and the 'fridge. I like the process of noting where everything is and reconfirming everything we got.

I hate putting away groceries.

Ben and I both unload the car, making several trips, and blocking cats from running outside each time. Then, once all the bags are scattered on every surface in the kitchen and diningroom, he is the actual putter-awayer. I bring him the fridge stuff, the freezer stuff, etc. He cleans out any old stuff from the fridge/cabinets while he's putting in the new.

Groceries are a necessary evil.

It doesn't bother me, except when everyone gets in the way, sets non groceries down where I plan to put groceries, someone closes the front door when I leave it open because I'll be carrying too much stuff, etc.

I like eating them the best. I don't mind taking them out.

I wish they'd buy themselves..I hate grocery shopping, and actually that's what my parents are doing right now.

Ever since we got grocery stores here that are combined with 'everything else' stores, I love shopping. I spend the first half of the shopping trip browsing stuff I don't need.

I dunno, it's just takes forever and is so boring. I want to get in and out, not ponder which of the 40,000 different types of spaghetti sauce to buy.

Emptying the bags is like getting lots of little presents, especially if someone else has done the shopping.

I don't particularly care for unpacking them and putting them away. I like shopping for them, though.

I put the groceries away, feel this is but a part of shopping for the home. I can't have my husband put things away, as I wouldn't know where half the goods were put...

I usually don't like to put away the groceries, especially at our house in GA. I don't mind it as much on the boat, but Mariz (our helper) does it more often than I do. I hate putting away all of the extra drinks, UHT milk, bottled water, etc as the locker for those is in our "living room" behind the built-in dinette.

I carry them in; my wife puts them away.

I don't. By the time I get home with the groceries, I'm exhausted. (I often have to walk.) I don't like putting away groceries, especially since I live in a duplex with 3 other adults. They like to get in my way.

I wish they'd put themselves away because I'm lazy when it comes to that part. Wasn't it enough that I went out and bought them?

It is fun putting away my groceries just love doing it
