Have you ever used a "Neti Pot" for nasal cleansing?

Saw this...it looks nasty to me. Never tried this before and won't in the future. Yuck!

I use something called a Nasaline Junior. It's basically a rather large syringe with a rubber tip that you fill with 98.6F water and put up to your nostril and s-l-o-w-l-y inject the same up your nose, filling the same with H2O while you hold your breath. Blow the water out a moment later and repeat. It's a "douche" for your nose. It works great for me plus when i have a headache i find it clears up the same in most cases also. Washes out the nose-passages of all the crap we breathe in every day. Just be sure to read the directions very carefully how to use it.

One word... Ewwwww!!!! Never will use one either...my finger does a perfectly acceptable job... ROFLMAO

I would love to know what is the best way to clear nasal passages. I use to breath great. I don't know when or how it happened but I always seemed to be stuffed up! At best I am now a one nostril breather, i use to breathe thru both.
