What have you setup for your retirement?

Nothing, I have spent my 401K , I live week to week.

Nothing at the moment - I've made some national insurance contributions, but not enough for a state pension yet. I was paying into an NHS pension scheme, but according to them, training as a doctor counts as "leaving the NHS" rather than "retraining within the NHS" so I had to take my contributions back. When I'm working again, I'll start paying into the NHS pension scheme as well as making national insurance contributions, so I'll get an NHS pension and a state pension. By the middle years of my career, I should be earning more money than my Dad is earning at the end of his career and I'm very frugal by nature, so I don't really anticipate having to worry too much about finding money to invest towards retirement. It's not like I have expensive tastes.

i am on my way to being able to retire comfortably in a few years and depending i may be able to semi retire in 5 yrs. we'll see how it goes.

I have saved a little, but not nearly enough. I just opened my RRSP this past year. I maxed it out, but my limit wasn't very high.

A little patch of wilderness someplace where Liberty Cap or Big Laughing Gym mushrooms can be found.

well, the recession hasn't helped but i started late in saving towards retirement so we have been saving like crazy for the last 10 or 11 yrs. we'll see how it goes. even if we don't retire early, we will be able to be somewhat comfortable when we do retire. who knows what will happen!!

I have a little money squirreled away in a retirement account, but I need more........... No where near enough, thats why I have several investments going on trying to leave money for my family etc

Well besides Social Security, I have lots of guns and ammo and plan to get a fast car so I can rob banks...ROFLMAO...

401k, but according to Schwab I'm over $2 million short on what I should have in it at this point to retire at 66.

I have a very paltry amount in a retirement account, but I need a lot more.

Nothing. I cant afford to save anything.

I am retired and the fudging Government took it all in this recession.

I have a nice shopping cart picked out for my retirement.

I have a 401k and a company retirement plan..... but I'm not saving elsewhere. As soon as the entire US has been outsourced, I'm sure I will get burned.

Sidenote: I squirrels.
