i used to,(my mother sold it for 17 years as well), but they discontinued the mascara i liked and the other one that i liked to replace the one they originally discontinued

My wife sometimes buys Avon products, but not often. I don't like make-up, and my wife often defers to my preferences.

I used to purchase quite a bit when I was in high school - I didn't have a car, and there was an Avon Lady in our neighborhood. I browse through their catalogs sometimes, but haven't bought anything for years, partly because I don't wear makeup anymore, and partly because I think some of their items (particularly their decor and jewelry) are overpriced and I don't really need them.

It was a bit hit and miss to start, but I've found lot of items now that I like and use regularly - moisturisers and make-up.

I would never spend money on s+*t like that. To me, most body washes, colognes, etc. that are sold to the general public are full of preservatives and are much "watered-down." I prefer real aromatherapy with real herbs if I'm going to buy a scent, bath oils or the like. I like smells that are the same as those in nature, like the scent of rosemary on my hands that happens when I touch my plant or pick some of it for my neighbor to use in cooking.

I've never purchased from Avon. Some of my family members have, and they enjoy the products they get.

Yes, I have purchased Avon a few times; mostly items for my wife as gifts. My Mother has been selling Avon for 38 years. She makes a little money at it, but not a lot. She seems to enjoy the social aspect of being an Avon representative.

I like Avon products, good quality. I wear very little makeup, only blush, lipstick, a little eye liner. No skin makeup. I haven't bought Avon in years, but I like it.

Your right, Avon products are extremely overpriced. My Mother works full time and has also been selling Avon part time for 38 years. She makes decent money at her job, but doesn't make very much money with Avon. It seems to be more of a chore and not really worth what little money she makes, but she refuses to give it up. I think she enjoys the social aspect of it when she visits all her customers or they come to her house. I have bought several of their products, mostly as gifts for my wife. My Mother has also given us a few Avon products over the years.
