None. I don't eat or drink after 10..and yeah..When I do have to wake up in the middle of the night to go pee..I usually wait until I can't anymore..I'd much rather stay sleeping in my nice warm bed then have to get up into the cold and go to the bathroom. |

once-ish... I think it's more a factor of me not sleeping so well. If I wake up during the night and don't get back to sleep very quickly, I will tend to need to pee after 15 minutes or so. |

If I've been drinking, and have had a pint of water before bedtime to re-hydrate, I usually have to get up a couple of hours earlier than usual to pee. |

Oh, I see. I don't know what it is and why it happens. If it was a full bladder than I would just get up and p, but pain is bizarre, don't know how to make it stop. So, yes, it is gay. |

I'm slightly insomniatic as of late, so this question might not apply to me. But before I was, I didn't wake up at all to urinate. Once I was dreaming, I refused to leave for a pee-break. |

I get up once per night. I don't have to get up to pee, but I can't sleep the whole night through, so when I wake I like to pee then have a cigarette before trying to get back to sleep. |
