Possibly. She just seems different, like she's from a different world than the others. A factor that might determine what happens is pressure. If she gets to a place where she's feeling too much pressure to remain in the spotlight as this 'pure' showperson, she might need a break. That itself seems to make them snap into this mode of wanting to be "real" and to make some mistakes. |

First of all, I would say "Hannah Montana" will last as she's a fictional character. I hope that Miley Cyrus does not become another Britney Spears. I think it must be extremely difficult to grow up in the spotlight, though. Every little mistake (as well as large mistakes) are right out there for everyone to see and to comment on. |

I have something else to say.
I really can not comment, anything I say can and will be used against me so, .........................nope, not gonna go there!

She has more chance of lasting than the others. But Hillary Duff has stayed good, and she's kind of disappeared. |

If I had to bet that anybody* is going to invent a feasible immortality formula, it's not going to be Hannah Montana, so no, she isn't going to last.
*maybe dab will, Dawkins bless that mofo. |

Now if only I knew something about bio-chemistry, I might make a little more progress. |

Yeah, because all previous teen pop idols stayed wholesome..She will become unwholesome..just because..
So, my dad remarked the other day.."Is that Hannah Montana? She's not cute at all anymore." To which I responded.."Well, yeah..that's because she's like, 16..When she started doing this..she was like..10 (not really..but I was making a point)...16 year olds are not cute..Ever." |

I don't know - it would be nice if she could break the mould of recent child stars.......... |
Lahdee | | posted 30-Aug-2008 12:50pm |
She will probably make typical mistakes like most kids do, then outgrow it. Seems that way to me. Of course when she does typical teen rebellious things, the media and anti miley folks will run her into the ground for it. I think, anyway.

Becca won a huge Hannah Montana gift basket. I have to go pick it up on Tuesday. |

Fall off the deep end? Harsh. She will eventually grow up, yes. It happens to the best of us. Boobs, sex drive and the whole lot. |

She'll be out getting wasted with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan's little siblings soon enough. |

Her father means well, but he is a few fries short of a Happy Meal. Isn't he the one that was supposed to be with her, the minor girl with Leiberman the famous artist photographer? As soon as he left, the scantilly clad 15 year old was photographed in the name of art. Art schmart, she is a minor and that was a grave error on daddy's part. Hannah Montana is, by the way, not a real person. She is an act. Her fans will grow up, and by the time the next group of preteens get to that point she will not be Hannah any more. The show will not last, but as a person it is iffy. |

Yes, because she isn't a social conservative mouthpiece and they're usually the ones who do things they preach so strongly against. More than likely will fade into oblivian but be smart enough to save all her money from her fame and invest in something smart. |

I have absolute faith that she'll become the sluttiest little starlet of them all. I already see it in her beady eyes.
I wish this whole Hannah Montana-Jonas Brothers crap had never started. |

I really can't. I love that crap. Watching those losers waste their lives makes me feel better about my own I guess. Money is obviously not everything. |

No, but a really loose, drug addled woman with a great rack sure gets the blood pumping. |

She's already going to bars. Still wearing underwear though, I guess, else we'd have heard about it. |
