Not interested in diets and such. I try to eat well anyway most of the time. |

I'd try, but since I self-medicate with chocolate, I'll just have to deal with the side effects. |

Well, yeah..I look like a 12 year old..And it rather bothers me when my friend tells me I need to wash my face..Cuzz, you know, I don't..Because we all have wonderful flawless complexions.
Of course, greasy foods don't cause acne..Not that I eat a ton of those. Nor does chocolate. |

I'd try but discipline is hard for me.

Not bothered. Cutting down on red meat improves your skin's appearance? So not going to happen. |

No, I could care less about my skin; however, bacon double cheeseburgers rule. |

I know I have good skin. Now, my diet is not the greatest and I do smoke. I'll consider improving my diet once I start earning more and get a steady job. |

Do you find that chocolate makes your skin worse?
I always heard that, but I never noticed anything, and I eat a lot of chocolate. |

I'm not that concerned about my skin at the moment. Also, changing my diet, long term has proven to be something I'm not very good at. |

sometimes I notice it. It doesn't always happen, but often enough to think there might be a correlation. |

I'd like to say yes to this survey, but the fact is that there are dietary changes I know I need to make to improve my appearance that I haven't done. So I can't say I'd do them to make my skin look better. |

I try, but food and drink take me to my happy place and I find it hard to deny myself. I do limit chocolate to just on the weekend though, to try and reduce breakouts.
Actually, I hate my skin, if someone could give me a diet guaranteed to clear it completely, I'd do my best to stick with it. |

If you didn't eat for a few weeks, your skin would clear right up. |

And then fall off! |

Trust me, I've tried to change my diet for much more important reasons only to fail.
I like Ben and Jerry. :( |

Ah...if my skin is appearing off, I wouldn't worry about the skin so much as what the skin is detoxing. The skin is the largest detox organ the body has, and if it's greasy, oily dry...my diet needs to change to save my guts. Red splotchy...hives, boils well....my guts are off for sure. |

I'm hoping this is Jody because I've been wanting to tell her about the laser treatments I had for roseaca. I opted for a pretty expensive regimen of laser treatments. For me, what I eat are not my only triggers, the habits I did change were getting really good at using sunblock (although the skin cancer I had 8 years ago helped with that too), and washing my face everyday, which I never did before I treated my rosacea. Coffee is a big trigger for me, but I just ration it, or deal with it, because I really can't give it up. Tea's worse it seems, although I don't understand why. |
