What is your weapon of choice in the battle between good and evil?

In our everyday lives, there are situations where we know we are in the right, and someone else is wrong...and evil to boot. What is your best weapon of defense to turn the situation into your favor?
This could be a courtroom scene, or it could be simply a dispute between you and someone else that involves your personal property.

8My weapon of choice is the truth, it will prevail whether I have evidence or not.
6Other weapons of choice.
5I use every piece of paper and physical evidence I can get my hands on to prove I am in the right.
3I walk away and avoid confrontation.
2I use the 'baffle them with bullcrap' defense,
2I wear amulets and burn incense.
1I have someone else take care of it for me.
1I cross my fingers, and leave it up to the situation or a mediator to rectify itself in my favor.
1Pray for fair justice, leaving it to a higher power.
1I'm the one who turns my wrong into what's right. I don't care what the good and evil battle is.
0I do the 'kick ass' approach instilling fear in the other party.
0I have never been in any type of situation like this. If I were to be, I would use...

It varies according to the situation. Sometimes I'll try to argue my point and sometimes I'll figure it's better to just walk away.

Say just enough for people to draw the conclusion that you want them to.

I don't believe in good and evil in the sense that most people mean them.

I simply say no, or refuse to comply with any edict that results out of a decision based on the evil-dooer. Example, if a new policy comes forth at work and I don't like it because it's utter bullcrap; I'll simply refuse to follow it. After a little while, the boss talks to me, and I make my case...again. More often than not, I get what I want (out of shear stubbornness).

I use my towering height as an intimidation factor.

It doesn't really mean anything, I'm soft as putty, but I look scary when I want to.

I am not confrontational...the less said, the better sometimes. The truth is on your side. I also feel walk, talk softly, you will be further ahead by taking a gentle approach...depending. As the saying goes, you can catch more flies with honey, than with vinegar.

In my group, there was a fellow that was so high strung, he'd get people mad at him all the time. Once in our Yahoo group, he told me not to post any jokes on the Yahoo. A couple people piped up, and said it was refreshing hearing something that wasn't so stressful. I, personally wrote him, not on the group email. I talked to him kindly, told him he is hurting himself by being angry all the time. I told him I will continue to send on occasion, a cute joke, but in the subject line I'd put (joke) to alert him it was a joke so as to not waste his time. Ever since then, he and I get along well, we talk often.

I've never thought of a dispute between individuals as a battle between good and evil.... strange question. I would pray for fair justice and leave it to a higher power.

I turn my wrong into what's right, if need be. And I don't give a crap about good or evil yet. Give me two and a half years, after I'm out of UoP.
