Are you covered by a health insurance plan?

I pay all my health care expenses out of pocket.
My daughter is covered by her father.

I'm "self insured". I'm pretty healthy and can easily afford to cover any surprise medical bills if they happen, so playing the insurance game doesn't make sense for me.

Nope. I work for a very small business. My boss offered to pay half my medical, but I'm holding out for when he's willing to pay for the whole thing. I seldom go to the doctor anyway.

Yes, both medical and dental. In The Netherlands we have 'People's Insurance' for those with an income below $35,000. We then pay about $25,- a month which covers it all. Yep, the USA isn't nr 1 at everything, folks!
