| Jody | posted 22-Aug-2008 9:34am Deuteronomy 31:6 and 31:8, and Joshua 1:5 all proclaim that He will never leave us nor forsake us. That doesn't mean He'll prevent us from doing stupid, dangerous, mean, selfish things, though, or rescue us from their natural consequences. |

| Matty | (reply to bill) posted 22-Aug-2008 10:32am That's a pretty strong statement coming from you; what was so bad that would prompt you to ban him? |
| bill | (reply to Matty) posted 22-Aug-2008 10:34am It was a long time ago... he was just kind of mean. I don't think I actually did anything, I just thought about it, joked about it. His username made it all kind of amusing. |
| Crayons | (reply to bill) posted 22-Aug-2008 11:09am I always knew you were a higher power Bill. |
| bill | (reply to Crayons) posted 22-Aug-2008 11:30am It's all in the hat. |

| LindaH | posted 22-Aug-2008 11:43am I think so, but you might want to ask Wicksy |
| LJD | posted 22-Aug-2008 4:10pm God is ever present. |

| JohnCD | posted 22-Aug-2008 6:21pm No, God hasn't left us; he has always been with us, is with us now and always will be. |
| llamamama | posted 22-Aug-2008 10:27pm No. He's just waiting for us to talk to him. When we talk to him, he will listen..and as a result, he will come back. |
| kcthedog | posted 22-Aug-2008 11:23pm He is with me now! |

| they | posted 23-Aug-2008 11:11am Yes, he left in 2004.
His brother Wicksy still comes around Jesus Christ has been here more recently - arguing with Brian, I think. |

| caviartaste | (reply to they) posted 24-Aug-2008 12:44am I thought that was cheese and rice........my mistake. |
| cantilever | posted 24-Aug-2008 3:56am God was never with us. It/he is a human construct |
| justjulie | posted 24-Aug-2008 8:13am yes, however every once in a while we can get a glimpse of "God" through the words of "heyzeus" |
| Crayons | (reply to cantilever) posted 24-Aug-2008 1:55pm Yes he was, don't you see his account? :3 |
| Cain | posted 24-Aug-2008 5:26pm Given that he hasn't been on since 2004, I would guess so. |
| Crayons | (reply to JohnCD) posted 24-Aug-2008 5:41pm But he hasn't been on since 2004! |
| Wicksy | posted 27-Aug-2008 9:55am God is still around, he just doesn't go on here anymore.
However, if at least 3 people post on this survey that they want him back (I won't hold my breath), then I will speak to him and I know he will come back to say hi. I can say that God is my twin and he did see this site as a bit of a piss take. I was the only one who took it seriously! |
| JohnCD | (reply to Crayons) posted 29-Aug-2008 11:47pm > But he hasn't been on since 2004!
Like I said previously, God hasn't left us and he will always be with us forever. |

Me and God (with friend above) |
| Crayons | (reply to Wicksy) posted 27-Sep-2008 7:44pm Are you twins? Oh wait, nevermind. Of course you are. Who just has a friend who looks exactly like them? |
| Wicksy | (reply to Crayons) posted 28-Sep-2008 3:34am Who just has a friend who looks exactly like them?
What does this mean? |
| Crayons | (reply to Wicksy) posted 28-Sep-2008 1:11pm Well, it would just be odd to have a friend who looks that much like you, that's all. |
| Wicksy | (reply to Crayons) posted 28-Sep-2008 1:19pm Ah sorry, I didn't know that you meant it like that.
You're right, we are very alike, but getting more and more different as we get older. Is the pic too small? |
| jen0830 | posted 2-Nov-2008 2:49pm I would have to say No. My experience is that there is something "greater" that "runs the show". I've had a "death experience", where I flat lined, and there is far more than what we experience through our senses. God can't leave, b/c "God", "Universal Mind", "Something" is in everyone and everything. I experience it as a variation of vibrations, density, loving and awareness, with sounds. When they brought me back into my body, I was able to describe the people, details and conversations in a room on another floor, of people that I didn't know. An amazing experience. I have to admit, I was somewhat depressed when I returned, but I no longer fear "death", but I definitely have preferences about the manner of my physical death. |
| Psychopath | posted 17-Dec-2008 9:01pm I don't believe god is what is generally portrayed in the major religions. God is a creative force that penetrates all. God is beyond good and bad. It is not up to God to save us, for we must save ourselves. |
| FauxLo | posted 7-Jan-2009 3:20pm Sadly, no. Gods live in the minds of people, which causes them to live their life with a lie. |

edit: Oh, that God. Probably. |
| Biggles | posted 9-Feb-2009 5:00pm We have his twin, so that must count for something. |
| nofriends | posted 23-Jul-2009 12:29pm God never existed to leave us.. |
