I do enjoy staying at motel/hotels and have done so in almost every state and more than thirty different countries during my flying days with the military. |

Something else to share is it depends. I hate it and will probably not do it if I am alone. I sometimes like it if it is with someone I am there to have fun eith, but I am still a bit uncomfortable. Sometimes it is a better alternative than staying at a friends house, again, if I am with someone. |

Depends on the hotel. It's nice to get away once in a while, especially if it's a nice hotel. |

Yes, but mainly because it means I've escaped for a night or two, it usually has very little to do with the hotel. |

Yes, because it means I'm on vacation. But I prefer to stay with friends or relatives, then it means I'm on a cheap but more fun vacation. |

Yes but not for too long of time I like my own bed. |

I do, if they're clean. But, there is nothing like sleeping in your own bed at home. |

i like going away on vacation or to visit family and friends but if i could take my house with me and stay in it while i am away i would. i wouldn't just go and stay in a hotel for the fun of it ever i don't think. |

Not generally. I am in L.A. now, stay at the Marriott Courtyard when I'm here. It's convenient to the office, but, all rooms are non-smoking, they always tell me they only have handicap rooms left, everything doesn't always work and there aren't any restaurants within miles so I have to eat there. And for a place that's $259 a night? Hotel beds are generally too hard, too many creepy noises, nothing to watch on tv. |
