Walk and hike. This includes boring, everyday walking to groceries, the laundry, etc. besides hiking for fun. I'd like to have a stationary bike but there's no place to put one. |

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I try to go for a run on the weekends. |

Various chores, or dancing. Exercise for nothing but it's own sake is kind of boring. |

I work out with a trainer four days a week. It's great, I really look forward to it and it's improved my fitness a great deal. |

Oh like going shopping and this lasts for at least 2 hours or more in the store running and jogging through the whole store gives me good exercise or a long walk somewhere like the park |

I hike mountain peaks. I jog around a track. I play paintball. I play soccer. My favorite physical activity is mountain biking which occupies most of my free time. I am a huge mountain biker. |

Try to do a lot of walking with the dog, kick-boxing twice a week, I get to the gym once in a blue moon and I'm forever lugging heavy furniture around in the pub.
I'm not nearly as fit as I'd like to be, I just don't have the time to devote to it though - ideally I'd be at the gym every second day and doing something like yoga or pilates twice a week too. |

Walk, jog a little. |
| llamamama | | posted 15-Aug-2008 7:10pm |
I don't really do anything to be fit, I do it because I enjoy it.
That's why I kinda stopped going to the gym. I hated doing cardio..so boring.
I enjoy walking, alot. All over the place. Usually my friends tire of it before I do. I also play soccer but that's only eight weeks..so..
But yeah, I just do stuff I enjoy. |

Work hard, drink beer and shoot pool. Stay away from carbohydrates and try to get a good night sleep. Chase young women, and praise the Lord. |

Well I have the body of a god.... unfortunately it happens to be Buddha. I do not do much as far as exercise since I have NO cartilage in my left knee and think the right one is going. So it is hard for me to walk or stand or use my legs. I also have nerve damage in my left leg so the outside is numb all the time... Which would be fine if it just stayed numb, but after being on my feet for a while, it begins to burn and then I get sharp stabbing pains...
So any exercise that has walking, standing or using my legs (like stationary bike riding) is out... I would like to find an exercise that I could do that would help me lose weight but haven't yet. I swim like a rock and since I do not breathe under water, mostly just walk around in the shallow end of the pool a little which is about all the exercise I get... |

Are you kidding me? I'm not physically fit anyways, but how can a girl exercise when she has college, a job at Dollar General, and a Nintendo DS? |

I my DS. What games do you play the most on it? |
| HMC35 | | (reply to moviesnob) posted 4-Sep-2008 12:08am |
I love the logic-type games like Brain Age and Professor Layton. I'm also a Sonic and Mario freak, so I have most of those games. It's cool because I used to have Gameboy advance, and now I have an excuse to break out my old Pokemon games. lol. |
moviesnob | | (reply to HMC35) posted 4-Sep-2008 8:06am |
I got the DS because of Picross - I'm a big logic puzzle fan as well (I do the logic puzzle books all the time). I'm also a big Castlevania fan, so I have Dawn of Sorrow, and Elite Beat Agents is really fun. |
