Sugary foods like cookies and cake. They're my weakness. I don't eat chips all that often so I don't worry about that, and I think that ice cream has some redeeming value since it has calcium. But cookies pretty much have nothing good. Too bad. I love them. |

Meat - I could live without most meat (except chicken livers, gizzards & hearts), but my buddy the cook likes it a lot, so I usually get organic stuff. Booze. Ice Cream -- although here I get the healthier kinds, Whole Treat, So Delicious, and Purely Decadent. Sometimes I guess I eat too much fat too as I prefer the fattier parts of meats. Sometimes get dairy products like condensed milk, sour cream, and could NOT live without cheeses -- I suppose they've got somewhat of a high fat content, but still good for you with all the calcium they have... |

I sometimes eat/drink all of the things listed (except that I'm not aware of any food allergies), though not very often or exclusively.
I partly believe that most of these are bad for me, but I rationalize that I don't eat that much of them and a little, once in a while wont hurt me. Also, as I mentioned in this survey's evil twin, I pick foods for other reasons besides them being good or bad for me. I eat for enjoyment sometimes. Sometimes, I eat something because it's convenient. I use food to reward myself sometimes. Food is used in social settings and I generally wont turn it down partly because of social reasons. Drinking alcohol is enjoyable and can improve my mood. etc.
I also partly believe that we don't really know what foods are good or bad and that a lot of what gets said isn't proven fact. I think Michael Pollan has made good points about this (though, I don't agree with him entirely). We've broken foods down into components and drawn conclusions from this. But, this hasn't always lead to helpful or useful results. For example "high fat foods" sounds bad and clearly was widely believed to be bad in the 80s and 90s. But, now we've changed that to say that some fats are good and that low fat foods may be one of the causes of the obesity epidemic. But, even now, I don't think anyone really knows. There's a lot of speculation out there. |

I don't eat too many foods with high fat anymore - it's mostly high sugar. I know it's still bad for me, but it's easier to take care of my teeth than do a load of exercise. I'm not being entirely serious, here.
I should stop eating so many high carbohydrate foods. I find it incredibly easier to stop eating than to cut down a litte and replace some with healthy food. I'm kind of unintentionally cutting out snacking.
I don't eat very often in a day, but when I do, it tends to be rubbish. I don't know why I've written such a long answer. |

There aren't any bad foods, just some that you should eat less of than others.
However, I wish I could eat less chocolate and not drink as much. I haven't stubbornly refused to stop eating them, I can't live without them! |

A few. Worst offense is to eat too much bad food without enough good food. That makes me edgy. |

I haven't stopped eating anything. I just try to eat less of non-nutritious food and more nutrient dense food. I feel better if I do this and I've lost nearly 20 pounds since the beginning of May. |

Fast food and ice cream, I am definitely guilty of. It's a lot harder to eat healthy now that I'm no longer single - he keeps buying ice cream and fast food and soda. I'm getting better at gathering my willpower though, and saying no and going off to eat my veggie burger. |

Most everything I eat is bad for me, since we live on fast food, donuts and pizza. I have cut out most candy though being diabetic. I eat anything else I want, drink regular sodas and don't take my meds. But my blood sugar is in the "normal" range every morning anyhow. It's like it went away. Most likely losing 35 pounds in the last 3-4 months helps. |

M&Ms are ok for me but not the vast quantities I enjoy, fists fulls. Chicken, white potatos, rice, and mystery kitchen grease from restaurants can put me in a dark room for 2 days because my body doesn't digest that properly. Corn tends to mess me up. So these foods I stubbornly refuse to not eat, I pick and choose when and the quality must be excellent. |

Ice cream, fried chicken, hot dogs, Italian sausage, Recess peanut butter cups, and peanut M&M's. I don't eat these things too often, but I do treat myself occasionally. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables almost every day. |

Carbs/Sugar.
I have bouts of doing the right thing.
I'm killing myself slowly..... but not as slowly as I was doing it a few years ago. The process speeds up as you age unfortunately. |
