| Galomorro | posted 29-Jul-2008 6:36pm A red kids'-style red one that has a white circle in the middle with a picture of a rooster on it. The rooster crows as the alarm. Got it on the Web - they have other animals. |

| llamamama | posted 29-Jul-2008 7:10pm Well, I usually use the one on my cell phone..But, I'm thinking of actually using the alarm clock in my room. It's white, and digital..I'm thinking of putting it on the other side of the room to make me get up. |

| Enheduanna | posted 29-Jul-2008 9:00pm It's a crappy little radio alarm clock. Most of the time when I switch the alarm on, the radio comes on. |

| bill | posted 29-Jul-2008 9:55pm simple red led digit display, no music... has a 9v battery that keeps time if power goes out... I almost never use it as an alarm, just a clock by my bed |
| Melf | posted 29-Jul-2008 10:19pm I usually use my phone, but I put another alarm clock on if I'm worried about my battery running out in the night.
But how weird is this‽ When I saw this in qual, I turned around to have a look at my alarm clock and: [full]
Ok, so it's not actually that weird at all. I don't know why Schindler's List is propping it up. |

| Melf | (reply to they) posted 30-Jul-2008 7:19am Is it, like, retroactive? So next time I see it I can ask for a pony, loads of money, and a night with Nicole Kidman? |
| they | (reply to Melf) posted 30-Jul-2008 9:51am In my experience, extravagant wishes don't come true. You have to wish for things that are possible... That way, when those things come true, you can take credit because you wished for it.
I wish on a lot of things - but I always wish the same thing. |

| cloudhugger | posted 30-Jul-2008 3:03pm It is set to Denver time, it has a nice ding. I had a Zen clock, it rings you slowly awake, but Mary took it away from me. I have a moo cow clock, a cockadoodledoo rooster clock and ...I'm sure there are more. I like clocks. |

| jettles | posted 30-Jul-2008 6:08pm hhhmm, battery operated(because we have so many power outages with storms) and satellite controlled. it beeps an annoying beep to wake me. |
| Kristal_Rose | posted 30-Jul-2008 8:05pm A dual radio alarm. It's the loudest I could find and I still sleep through it. Sometimes it goes off when I'm already awake and outside in which case I can hear it at the other end of the apartment building, so embarrassingly, I must presume the neighbors put up with it for an hour everytime I sleep through it.
When I really have to wake up I use an appliance timer connected to my stereo. |
