I'm the one you stand up for. I got sorta picked on when I was a kid so just learned to tune 'em out. |

Once. He was getting picked on by two people, the large, loud girl and a skinny guy. Of course, I waited until the large girl left and then I yelled at the skinny guy until he went away. |

I don't like it when people in a service industry role are being demeaned by a customer and have and will call people out on it. |

Yes, there was a woman in our group that was driving everyone completely insane. N one knew her, she popped in and didn't stop talking. for three days straight, she interupted and talked and talked...the next time we all met we were all dreading her being there, and there was talk about not wanting her there. She wanted to be a a part of the group and the ones in charge of that were discussing reasons why she couldnt be a member and that is when I got pissed about that. She hadn't even asked if she could be a member and I thought it quite arrogant of the people to be talking so bad about her, they didn;'t even know her and they were plotting her out of the group simpley because she spoke too much and out of turn. I also found her annoying and was running out of the room screaming when she started to tell the story of her sick cat...agin! but I still thought it horrifically unfair. I did not want to be part of a group that only accepted members into the inner circle that fit into some kind of mold. Bah on that, so I began the process of getting to know this lady and I was very impressed with her.
So I started to talk about her to the group, started to share positive things about her, I said she was wonderful. The next thing you know, the rest of the group began to be interested. They gave her her own time to talk and patiently told her to stop talking. They had accepted her as one of our own but interestingly enough, I don't think she has pursued becomming a member, yet. If she gets turned down they will all here from me. |

Just today in fact, sort of. My neighbor put a poor neighbor kid in tears yelling at him for bouncing a ball on the wall below her apartment. I tried explaining that being annoyed by such noises is like being annoyed by wind.
I'm never confrontational though. |

It depends..Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't... Depends on my mood and how much I hate people at the moment... |
