I think so. It definitely gets a little thicker, but it's hard to tell if it's really exactly what you're describing. It's more pronounced on my left ear than on my right. |

No, I have the opposite; thicker on top and narrower in that spot. Then it's kind of medium all the way down from there. Both ears are the same. |

As far as Darwin noted...They are the largest phylum in the Animal Kingdom with more than a million described species making up more than 80% of all described living species, according to wiki, so...good one Dar...
