For years I have taken various supplements... Currently I've got chewable C, Walborne and Air Armor (Walgreens and Trader Joe's dissolve-in-liquid vitamins), E, DHEA, Calcium/magnesium, gingko biloba, GABA, Alpha-lipoic acid, acidophilus, chewable Melatonin, a chewable multivitamin, MSM, Glusosamine/chondroitin, B-100 complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, saw palmetto. Sometimes I get others. Most of them are Trader Darwin's brand but Whole Foods also has a reasonably priced brand -- "Whole Foods" and "365" brand supplements. |

I haven't consistently taken them recently...I know I should, especially at my age. I take herbal formulas too...my thyroid also. |

No. I find it odd how people take pills to give them things real food can. I mean, I know they can work, I just find it odd. |

Yes, but swallowing my echinacea is preferable to chewing on a coneflower.

No, I take too many pills already and I'm dubious of the benefits of supplements. I don't appear to have any problems with lack of nutrition.
Oh, well, I do take a B12 shot every few weeks, but that's different. |

I take vitamins occasionally. Mostly I forget to take them, though. |

From what I understand the efficacy of these supplements is at least questionable, and many are potentially dangerous. I.E. I wouldn't touch the stuff. |
