When was the last time you saw a play.

Um, I saw a play-esque thing on May 30th at school..it made Shakespeare funny..that's always good..It was during school too which was a plus..
And I saw a musical thing at school as well on a Friday night at the beginning/middle of May..Guys and Dolls..it was really good.

So long ago I can't remember-definitely more than five years ago. It was several times with a neighbor to see Phantom of the Opera.

I am lucky, I live in one of the few areas outside of NYC where live theater is a dynamic and rewarding experience; I treasure that and try to see as much theater as I can. The last play I saw was a local production of "The History Boys" and it was really, really good.

In between 'last couple months' and 'couple years ago'. I saw Death Of A Salesman last year. I was meant to see Measure For Measure earlier this year, and a month ago, when I was just getting into Beckett, I found out Waiting For Godot had been on at the Central Library theatre in February * angry * * angry *

You know, this is my answer. We went to "We Will Rock You" earlier this month. I'm assuming, you know, that musicals count. I also watched the play that my daughter helped write, direct, and acted in (she had three lines) last week. It was short, but very cute.

about 2 years ago, I guess.... there's a local place that does them and we tried to get into it, but ended up not liking it enough... we did see one good thing, though. I like plays, but I'm picky about them too.

More than 5 years.

It was horrible. I went to my ex's family's church with them for a Christmas play their young son was in.

He played Satan, a very scary one. In a Baptist Christmas play.

I saw Hamlet with my ex-boyfriend a couple of years ago. I really enjoy going to the theater, I wish it cost less.

Too long * frown * It was probably an outdoor performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream (so not inside a theatre!) in the summer of 2005. I love seeing plays, but I never went in Liverpool and the main theatre is closed for refurbishment where I am now.

I really wanted to see the History Boys. The original production was on in London while I was in Oxford, and there were often cheap student tickets available on short notice from the National Theatre for various plays - but I was in the middle of my finals * frown * I did see the film though - I thought it was great, but I imagine the staged version was better.

Really nothing around here and perhaps Grand Lake but that is only in the Summer months and just to far
to be driving like 50 miles and round trip is 100 miles and even Denver from here is a good 98 miles

God does love us but this is just another way to get people running to God because they fear hell and do not
want to go there ( people scare other people to get them to believe )
God does not scare people no
This is the reason Fundamentalists Churches have somebody dressed as Satan the devil
or they have a fake gun and somebody in the play they pretend to shoot themselves in the head just like
suicide and they say you are going to hell
Hell is all they ever preach

Last weekend. I see plays fairly regularly. Around here there are lots of places where you can see plays for a very reasonable price (less than $20, if not free). And July is the Fringe Festival, so I`ll be seeing *plenty* of plays then (at least 20, probably 25, in only 12 days).
