Yes, I suppose. Hong Kong really doesn't have a capital city itself as we are a "Special Administrative Region" of China. But I have been to Beijing and I have been to London (lived here while we were a British colony). I've also been to DC (which counts since I'm American).

Yes, last summer, horrible experience..I would like to go back and actually learn something..
I was supposed to go in sixth grade..but didn't get to because of the terror levels..instead we went to the Virginia Marine Science Museum..which we had all been to a million times..because you know, that compares to DC..When I went last summer though we got to go to the capital..and cut in line so that was cool..I also almost had a heat stroke..really not that cool..

I really want to go to Monticello..that's only a little closer than DC is..

Yes unfortunately...I had to live there for several years, or should I say survive there... Washington DC is mostly black so the indigenous population made it one huge ghetto slum.. Never saw such a collection of low life scum in my life (and I am not just talking about all the politicians there either)....

Granted, there are large parts of DC that are treacherous and crime-ridden, but to characterize DC as one large slum is not accurate. I live in MD, maybe 30 miles outside of DC, and I commute to NW every day. I thoroughly enjoy all that DC has to offer...the mall, the museums, the night life, Rock Creek Park, etc. And scum is found everywhere; even where you live now.

No, but I have been to the capital of my province, the capital of the Yukon Territory, the state capitols of Alaska, Washington, Oregon and California and the capitols of South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Nepal and the UK. The only nations I've visited that I haven't been to the capitol of are in North America.
