I love EVERYONE more than my family.

Do you keep a list where you assign numbers corresponding to how much you love each individual in your life?

I love my children, grandchildren, extended family, and my friends. You love each in a different way,

I consider my friends an extension of my family so both the same.

I don't love either as a whole. I don't think I really love anyone.

I love my friends, but family comes first. Once you have kids, you completely understand this. By family, however, I'm talking immediate family. We have some extended family that are...strange. And not, necessarily, in a good way. Not that we're normal...wouldn't want to be that!

Definitely my friends. I don't really talk to my family that much. I'm kind of the black sheep; not much in common with them.

I believe there's the family you're born with, and the family you make (out of close friends). I love both.

Some negative scores on comments have left me thinking WTF before. Like "I don't remember". What on Earth would posses someone to neg "I don't remember"?

I *never* score comments negative. I think maybe I have scored just a few bad... and those were extreme.

I just really don't understand why people are so damn negative.

If I see a -1 on a comment that's not ignorant, stupid, inflammatory, or whatever (it's totally neutral/normal, no sane reason for a -) I give it a sympathy +

Some members of my family by marriage I don't like. No one can "make" me love my sister in law, it's there or it's not. And it's not. How is this an "ethics/morality" question?
I must be missing something.
