How many people you hurt and how many hurt you?

These are lists I don't need to publish.

I'm not sure, it was a long time ago... most of the break-ups I had were fairly mutual, or maybe I'm just choosing to remember it that way. If you mean hurt in a broader sense... well, that's even harder to remember or even know for sure.

This isn't something I keep track of.

I don't really keep track of hurts, even mentally. I tend to keep track of certain types of ignorant things people around me do, though. That sticks in my mind more.
I think I've been hurt way more often than hurting others. I try to choose my words carefully around people so I don't hurt their feelings. A lot of people don't seem to do that, especially when they are ticked off.

Lets see, I am 54.385 years old comes out to 19850.525 days and I am a sensitive person and it seems my feeling get hurt at lest once a day sometimes twice or more and on of my manic days nobody can even talk to me with out me beginning to cry so I will average it to 3.75 times a day that comes to 74439.46875 time I have been hurt.

I consider myself again sensitive as well as being sensitive to the feelings of others but everyone’s threshold to emotional pain is different, and I sometimes can be an idiot and do or say something that affects them or hurts them especially when I am trying to be funny. I have 5 family members and I work with about 20 co-workers and have about 17 regular friends. I come from a family of Italians we are an emotional group of people so we usually ruffle feathers daily once or twice so 5 family members 1.5 times = 7.5 time a day.

My co-workers and I get along pretty well and it is hard to tell because in a work environment everyone tries to act cool, but out of 20 co-workers I imagine I muff someone at least 2 times a day so 2 divided by 20 = .1 times a day

Now friends are like family but without a lot of BS and since every one wants to be popular it is hard not to choose favorites there is always a power struggle going on and all of “I sorry” going around so out of 17 friend I’d say 3 or 4 a day so average 3.5 then divide 3.5 by 17 = .205882353 times a day

Then there is SC I get replies and I reply to say 18 people and again because I am an idiot and always trying to be cute and funny or flirty and charming I know I fail and end up on the sending side of “I sorry” seems like twice a day sometimes maybe less so we’ll say 1.65 times a day so 1.65 divided by 18 =.091666667 times a day (not as bad as it seems)

I don’t count strangers only because the math is too great and I never intentional try to hurt anyone so if a stranger feels wronged by me I consider that their baggage not mine. I apologize when I become aware but I don’t count it.

OK now lets add it up

Family 5 x 1.5 = 7.5
Co-workers 2/20 = .1
Friends 3.5/17 = .205882353
SC 1.65/18 = .091666667
Strangers 0 = 0

TOTAL = 7.89754902 times a day

Now let’s figure I have lived 19850.525 days

19850.525 x 7.89754902 = 156770.4943 Times I have hurt someone

Compared to being hurt 74439.46875 times ( looks like a 2 to 1 ratio!)

Yep, I know this, since I obviously keep an exact tally of everyone I hurt and everyone that hurts me *rolls eyes*

I don't succeed in hurting people nearly as much as I feel the need to. I'd say my parents, because they get disappointed and whatnot, and this guy, and probably a few more. I'm not going to admit how many times I've been hurt.

hmm I usually kick my infatuation in the balls and I've sprained this thumb once and punched him in the mouth and made his gums bleed before alot of physical pain infliction. But he does stuff that emotionally hurts me so it's like a weird balance.

but beside that one example, ah i've hurt about 10 and been hurt by about 1,2,3,4,5 ... yeah 5.

I've hurt four people, I'd say. I've been truly hurt by three.

People I have hurt: 472, People who have hurt me: 3. It's because I am evil and insensitive.

No have not been hurt myself nor I have i hurt anybody at all

I hurt 3people that were my ex-lovers.. I got hurt from 6people, 4of them were also ex-lovers..

I just meant the emotional hurts, like hurts coming from relationships or friendships..

I am young.. But I think that some hurts are memorized, some hurts are forgotten, the last ones are not hurts at all..

yeah....life consists of endless fudge ups.
It is hard to really determine "hurt" because sometimes when someone gets 'hurt' it is due to miscommunication, or assumptions. I'm sure most people do not intend to hurt others...crap happens.
like my 'friend' the renter of my house who avoids me and will not communicate with me and owes me about $1100, I am totally sure she didn't mean to fudge me over like that
