| dab | posted 29-May-2008 6:25pm Perhaps you meant to ask the MAKE of my watch? |
| cerealkiller | posted 29-May-2008 6:38pm I assume you mean "make" of watch? I have two Croton gold watches, one with diamonds. |
| gambler | posted 29-May-2008 6:46pm I have a BVLGARI watch as well as a Movado, but I never wear them as I am tough on watches and will break them |
| Galomorro | posted 29-May-2008 7:33pm No watch and no watches in my closet either. If I got one it would need to be solar-rechargeable as I don't want to hassle with batteries. It would also have to be colorful and unusual -- no classic, ordinary-looking watch for me. |

This survey blows. |

| verouge | (reply to Van) posted 2-Jun-2008 3:54am Well, here in Lebanon, when we say mark we mean the company factorizing the equipment. |
| verouge | posted 2-Jun-2008 3:55am My watches are either Bulgari or Rovina. These are the most famous company in producing watches and clocks. |
| verouge | (reply to they) posted 2-Jun-2008 3:58am > 3 women rated this survey "good". Verouge groupies?
I gave you a +1 for this comment.. hahahahahahaha YOU DESERVE IT GIRL!! |

| verouge | (reply to cerealkiller) posted 2-Jun-2008 5:50pm Rolax is very famous here, in fact it's famous because it's one of the most expensive and old companies here... Bvlgari is another very very expensive company here for watches, then Rovina comes after these two..
Dad has 3 rolax watches, the oldest it is the more expensive it still! |
| LindaH | (reply to they) posted 2-Jun-2008 8:33pm I give surveys sympathy goods when I think they will be rated bad for an obvious, but not good enough reason. |
| they | (reply to LindaH) posted 3-Jun-2008 12:03am "sympathy goods"
I like it. |
| Zang | posted 3-Jun-2008 1:20pm I'm guessing you mean brand-name. I very rarely wear a watch. I have one that I inherited from my grandfather, it's really hard to read, it looks like "Cortlort". I have another one that I found that I've never worn. It says "Columbia" on the back. |
| Biggles | posted 4-Jun-2008 2:19pm Seiko - it was a gift. |

If your father has 3 real Rolex watches your family must be pretty wealthy. I've never known anyone here who owns one. I said "real" because there are alot of fake Rolex watches around you can buy for $25. |
| verouge | (reply to cerealkiller) posted 5-Jun-2008 7:00pm Yeah they also make the fake ones here.. But no, the three ones of my dad are real. And they are WAY expensive yes... About our financial situation, I'll not answer, all I'll say is you're welcome to come visit us and pass some holidays here and you'll see.. We're just like any other family, but dad worked hard to make money when he was young to make his dream comes true about getting married and have these 7 kids... hehehe |
| verouge | (reply to Biggles) posted 5-Jun-2008 7:03pm > Seiko - it was a gift.
We've the Seiko brand here, it's a well used and good and long-term living watche honestly, I like it... Plus, my sister-in-law is called Seiko too.. |
| judgescratch | posted 6-Jun-2008 2:17pm My watch doesn't leave a mark on my arm. When it does, I loosen the band. |
| Biggles | (reply to verouge) posted 14-Jun-2008 2:12pm My watch was bought in Kuwait. |
| verouge | (reply to Biggles) posted 14-Jun-2008 4:10pm Ah that's nice, I told you it's very famous and important mark here in the Middle East!
Seiko, my sis-in-law, is Japanese, has nothing to deal with Kuwait, hehehhe So you came to Q8 before? |
| Biggles | (reply to verouge) posted 15-Jun-2008 11:17am > So you came to Q8 before?
No, but a friend of mine lived there for a few years - she's an Indian nurse and worked there before moving on to the UK. She was given the watch when she left and gave it to me when we stopped working together. |
| verouge | (reply to Biggles) posted 15-Jun-2008 5:47pm Ah ok...
Imad is male name... It's the first time I know they call women by Imad too.. |
| Biggles | (reply to verouge) posted 16-Jun-2008 7:45am Where did "Imad" come from? I didn't mention it before... |

| Enigma | posted 17-Jun-2008 5:59pm I don't wear a watch and I don't even have one anymore. Maybe an old Timex my dad gave me when I was a teenager, it was very groovy so I may have kept it... |
