I dislike classical, hip-hop, rap, classic rock (except for a very few, usually Grateful Dead stuff), punk, metal, modern jazz/bebop (too abstract for me), country, gospel/religious, pop balladeers, R&B/soul/doo-wop, opera, reggae, current rock styles (I don't know what some of these styles are called these days, but all I know is that when I've accidentally heard something like this I didn't care for it). As to World, I never could get into Asian pop (living where I do, I've been exposed to lots of Chinese stuff), Indian ragas, Native American chants -- there's lots of World music out there I haven't heard though. |

Rap, blues, bluegrass, metal, any jazz, swing, country, gospel, pop balladeers, folk, R&B, reggae, and dance, from the list. I know nothing of world music, unfortunately. I don't like current indie (where it's all about dropping in as many literary references as possible). This looks like I have a really unvaried palate. |

Soul or punk music yucky and even some Country music where they are drunk and singing at the bar it is soo
depressing and gets on my nerves oh how boring can it be
They sing this Country song about drinking and being so depressed over their marriage it is awful |

Oh god rap music is horrible junk and hate Bluegrass and hippity hop music or some Country song where they
are drowning in their beer i would rather turn off the radio and hear nothing , it just gets on me all this junk music |

Oh how i love Black Dog by Led Zeppelin , I turn this song up in my car and really Rock out and at the traffic
light stopped there and waiting for a green light a cop car pulls up in the other lane , and here I am Rocking
out with my other friend Sara she loved to Rock out as well and the cop was probably wondering if we are
on drugs or something oh gee thought he would get us , and me and sara we had the car swaying back and
forth at the light it was so darn funny you would have laughed and choked |

I wouldn't say that there is a particular genre of music that I don't like. Music that I dislike the most, always has something much better to offer from the same genre. However, if you are interested in what I really hate music-wise, have a look at this:

I congratulate you on the options, good job! But………I find all music to be subjective and connected to the moment, meaning that like in a movie soundtrack the action dictates the music. I cannot choose! |
