How often do you "Go Commando?"

I don't own any commando gear, I just wear shorts or something - but, perhaps I don't understand.

Dude, "go commando" it means wearing shorts or pants or something without any underwear. I would think it was a pretty common phrase. Guess not.

I've never gone commando in my life. Sometimes I do wear activity shorts which reqire that you do not wear boxers. They are essentially like swimshorts exept that they're for other sports.

I don't actually know what this question means. Based on the answers, I'll go out on a limb and guess "go without underwear", even though the last time I tried to interpret a question from the answers I was completely wrong. Anyway, I always wear underwear; I don't even like boxers. I really don't want to be reminded that I *have* genitalia while I'm going about my day.
