I once drank a red bull, and while it did its job, it was extreamly nasty in taste, personaly i dont like them. |

Don't know. Probably a waste of money. |
Melf | | posted 16-May-2008 4:30pm |
Red Bull is delectable. Some of my best writing has been done at three in the morning running on Red Bull. Lovely stuff. |

I think I might have had a Jolt once or twice in the 80s, but I'm pretty sure I've never had any other energy drink besides coffee or tea. They don't appeal to me. |

I think they're awful, very bad for you. I never drink them. |
Crayons | | posted 16-May-2008 6:57pm |
I hear they're nothing but a short buzz and all that, and I've never tried it, so yeah. |

I think they taste like crap. |

HORRIBLE -- Never drink 'em. Wasted money at least twice several years ago on two different ones and hated them, then also realized that they had no nutritional value in them at all - double waste. I tried Red Bull and couldn't believe how bad it was-couldn't drink the stuff. Several years ago was stoopid enough to try another at a street fair and ended up tossing it out because of its taste, after a homeless guy refused my offer of the can. Forgot the name-it's been too long now. I like HEALTHY energy drinks that do not come in a can -- like Function, Ginger 'Gizer, Mix 1, Guayaki Yerba Maté and the Vitamin Water-types out now. These come in plastic bottles and as in the case of the Yerba Maté, in a small bottle, easy to hold and put in one's backpack. They all have added vitamins and supplements and one of 'em, PureAmerican Zero, I just tried has no calories nor sugars listed. If you're gonna spend your good money for a drink, why get something that has no nutritional benefits? |

I've never had one..and I don't see the point in them.
Get some sleep and go outside!!!
It really upsets me that my brother drinks them..He, of all people does not need one..
And another thing..Amp..or whichever one it is..is just alot of mountain dew..Wow, great use of money...hooyah. |
icurok | | posted 17-May-2008 3:52am |
I can't say that I particularly like the taste, but I'd be lying if if I said that a can of Red Bull bought from a motorway service station hadn't helped me get home at 4am. |

I avoid them. My health is frail due to past excess, and I'm very cautious about what I imbibe. I've had some unpleasant experiences. |
jettles | | posted 17-May-2008 7:47am |
where's the "i just don't drink them" choice?? |
bill | | posted 17-May-2008 8:36am |
not my thing, but whatever |
| Biggles | | posted 17-May-2008 12:05pm |
I think I would probably die if I drank one - I don't do well at all with caffeine. |
LindaH | | posted 17-May-2008 4:00pm |
I've only had them a couple of times. Can't remember what they were like. |
| JessicaWoman99 | | posted 17-May-2008 11:00pm |
They are terrible and horrible and never would I drink them , those energy drinks could cause a heart attack
plus the fact they make your heart race |

Linda i have heard they make your heart race and not good for teenagers because these energy drinks
could land a kid in the E.R. and yes it has happened before |
LindaH |
I'd probably drink one if I had serious groggies. |

Yes perhaps and i just do not feel safe having one of these |

The high energy drinks are bad for the body. I've never had any. Sodas, rarely. |
| kirst | | posted 19-May-2008 5:43pm |
Not my thing...(Is TAB really considered an ENERGY drink???) |
| Van | | posted 19-May-2008 6:56pm |
I don't know, but I haven't tried one. I have plenty of energy without them, but I hear they're not good for you. |
| docgbrown | | posted 20-May-2008 12:21am |
I've tried them and found that they are not for me. |
| Jody | | posted 20-May-2008 9:11am |
By the way, based on the rapidly-changing animation, I disagree that Tab is an energy drink. It's a diet cola, and a pretty foul-tasting one at that. |
they | | posted 20-May-2008 10:20am |
Horrible for you.
Yuck-O. |
they | | posted 20-May-2008 10:21am |
It would have the opposite effect on me anyway, raising my sugar levels very fast, and then causing them to crash too. I would pass out hard and wake up with a swollen face. |
| RGirl | | posted 20-May-2008 9:49pm |
Do you want to die an early death? They are bad for you. I never drink them. My brother does and then he wonders why he's so anxious he can't leave the house. |
Zang | | posted 22-May-2008 10:23am |
Energy drinks are not something that I think about. I tried it just now. "They come in skinny cans" is about all that I could come up with. |
| Pomeranian | | posted 25-May-2008 4:40am |
They are a trap and most are tantamount to poison. |
cloudhugger |
I don't think they are really the best thing someone could choose for energy. I can see it would be a lifesaver in a pinch, but anyone that drinks more than two of these a week are asking for trouble. I have drank the earlier versions 15 years ago, for driving long distances, but if I didn't need it I felt it fry my adrenals. |

Only for a blast to the past (for me anyway) |
moviesnob | | posted 18-Jun-2008 4:39pm |
My boyfriend used to drink these everyday - like 2 or 3 a day. He's cut down as I blabber on about how they're not good for you, and expensive to boot. |
kcthedog | | posted 10-Jul-2008 12:33am |
They're ok. I've only drank them a couple times. |
