Interesting question, I personally do not “stalk” anyone but maybe that is because I don’t have the time. I always watch the girls in the neighborhood but never to the point of leering or at least being too obvious about it. Going through someone’s garbage is gross and filthy. Besides I am not sure the risk of getting caught is worth the trouble or embarrassment you might find your self in
