Not often, but sometimes. There is a chain of stores called "Building 19" around the area where I grew up. I'd go there twice a year, maybe. It was kind of fun to go. |

Yes!! We have a couple here in town. I went to one the other day & found some really cute jewelry on 3 large wooden tables (pushed together) for $2 a piece. (You haft to dig through piles of it to get to the better stuff at the bottom.) It's generally in an awful tangled up heap. I've seriously considered buying my hair dye from there. (They have the expensive brands like Loreal Paris for $2 or $3) I like them cuz I like looking good for a lot less. lol. Crap, old ladies have nearly fought each other at the discount jewelry tables over rings & bracelets like horomonal pit bulls over a ham bone. Thrill of the hunt I guess. |

Yes, but it's not really a "bargain center" I guess -- it's more of a small overstock store. But yes many things are marked down, maybe because some cans are dented, or too much of something was ordered by the previous store, so it's brought in to this place where I can go and pay less for some things than I can at other stores. |

Used to. Got my two best shirts from an FCUK clearance store... but then they shut it down. |

On occasion. I'm tired of being cheap and buying crap, but when it comes to major appliances, who cares if there is a tire track on the washer or dryer. |

I have been to this outlet mall that has a bunch of stores that are just this. I've gone a couple times with other people, that's all. |

I do, but it's really a hit-or-miss proposition. You might find something you'll need but you might not. You never know what you're going to get. (And as for Forrest Gump, if you look at the picture under the cover, you know exactly what you'll be getting). |

Did they shut it down because people kept mispronouncing the name? ;) |

No - I've shopped at outlets, but the stuff there is usually reduced because the shops haven't been able to sell it the previous season. |
